LAHORE: (Wednesday, February 12, 2025): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Ali inaugurated the 100KW solar facility at admin block. On this occasion, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, Registrar Dr Ahmad Islam, Additional Treasurer Tasneem Kamran, faculty members and officers were present. In his address, PU VC Dr Muhammad Ali said that the incumbent administration is taking significant steps towards sustainability and self-sufficiency in energy. He said that this initiative will reduce our reliance on non-renewable energy sources and contribute to the national grid. He said that this milestone serves as a beacon of hope for future generations, demonstrating our dedication to a sustainable community.
